Qualified with accredited diplomas like ACE (American Council on Exercise), NSCA (National Sporting Clays Association), AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), and ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), our MENTORS are equipped with the right tools to help navigate through injuries and strongly focus on injury-free training.

Each of our facilities is equipped with state of the art equipment and offers an experience of that being beyond just “going to a gym”. Our team believes in bringing you a step closer to your fitness and wellness goals through a variety of services including Personalized Training, Cross Training facilities – Pilates, Customised Nutrition, TRX Studio, and continuous fitness assessments.
