ka·ba·la/ca·ba·la/qa·ba·lah

(kb-l, k-bäl) n. the kabbalistic tree of life reflects the divine conditions of the ten Sefirot and their connections according to the human subtle body. The Sephiroth or the circles map the energy centers of the human body.

The spheres represent states of consciousness or ways of being, while the paths are ways of transition or change. It symbolizes all ways of being and becoming. Like the quantum field, it contains the potentiality of all possible states or conditions in the universe.

At Sumaya,

Taking inspiration from the Kabbalah tree we believe that your body is divided into chakras and energy centers. This philosophy is substantiated by the core values at Sumaya. Each core or nucleus has factors and forces that are directly connected to it and affect it and its optimum functioning. Wellness does not only come from physical exercise, but from the right balance between the mental and physical. Achieving optimum wellness means all aspects of the bodys' internal 'tree' need to be worked upon for a sturdy foundation through alignment of all the chakras or energy centers.

Imbued with the Kabbalistic tree philosophy, our principles are based on the belief that optimum fitness can only be achieved when the right balance between the mental and the physical is established. With broadened fitness concepts to harness the full extent of your energy and a studio with state of the art machinery, Sumaya welcomes you to the world where Perfection in Fitness is Possible.
